These terms and conditions apply to visitor registrations and participation for events organized by MirExpo (“we/our”). A full list of organizations under MirExpo can be provided upon request.

As a potential visitor to an event (“you/your”), please read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information. By submitting your registration and/or attending an event, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Your registration (whether submitted directly by you or on your behalf) constitutes an offer to MirExpo to attend the Event in accordance with these terms and conditions. All registrations are subject to acceptance by MirExpo. If your registration is received before the Event: (a) it will be confirmed in writing (including but not limited to email); or (b) if no written confirmation is sent within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your registration, it will be deemed confirmed unless we inform you otherwise. Your registration will only be confirmed if it is received at the Event, and MirExpo grants you entry to the Event. MirExpo reserves the right to reject any registration.
2. Your registration is issued solely for your personal use. You may not sell or transfer your registration to others in any way.
3. MirExpo reserves the right to change the format (including but not limited to transitioning from a physical event to a virtual event and vice versa), content, location, venue, opening hours, duration, dates, other timings, participants, and/or any other aspect of the Event at any time, without liability in any circumstance. MirExpo also reserves the right to withdraw any registration after approval, without assuming any responsibility.
4. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in these terms and conditions or clearly communicated as part of the registration process for a specific event: (a) your registration for the Event is non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn, and (b) the registration fees you have paid will not be refunded for any reason

5. MirExpo reserves the right to cancel or change the dates of the Event at any time and for any reason (whether or not caused by factors beyond our reasonable control). If the Event dates are changed to new dates within twelve (12) months of the originally planned start date or the Event is canceled but is reasonably expected to be held at any time in the following calendar year, your registration will remain valid for the new dates or for the next occurrence of the Event (as applicable), unless we inform you otherwise. In such cases, no refund of the registration fees will be provided. If the entire Event or part of it is canceled and it is not reasonably expected to be rescheduled by MirExpo in the following calendar year, your registration will no longer be valid for the Event (or the canceled part of the Event). In this case, depending on your choice, all registration fees paid for the Event (or the canceled part of the Event) will be refunded or a credit note will be issued, and you will be exempt from making further payments. Service fees are non-refundable. The risk of personal arrangements, including but not limited to travel and accommodation, is your responsibility. MirExpo will not be liable for any costs related to such arrangements, even if the Event is canceled or rescheduled to new dates. You acknowledge and agree that the provisions of this paragraph define your sole remedy in the event of an Event cancellation or date change, and that all other liabilities of MirExpo are expressly excluded by this document.

6. Whether physical or virtual, our Events are primarily intended for professionals in the business world. They are generally not aimed at children under the age of sixteen (16). Without limitation to the above, there may be certain areas within our Events where it is not suitable or practical for children under sixteen (16) to be present (for example, during executive conference workshops), and MirExpo reserves the right to restrict access to such areas at any time accordingly

7. MirExpo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse entry or remove/block any individual from the Event (whether physical or virtual) who does not comply with these terms and conditions or who, in MirExpo’s opinion, poses a security risk, inconvenience, or disturbance to the operation of the Event (including but not limited to). By attending the Event, you agree to comply with all reasonable instructions given by venue owners, security personnel, and/or Event management.

8. The unauthorized filming, audio recording, photographing, or transmission of audio or video at the Event is strictly prohibited. By participating in the Event, you agree to:

   • (a) Surrender any recorded materials made in violation of this paragraph to MirExpo or destroy them upon request,

   • (b) Transfer, unconditionally and immediately, all copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to such materials to MirExpo upon their creation,

   • (c) Ensure that all entities within MirExpo (and their employees or other representatives) are held harmless from any claims arising from such unauthorized activities.

9. By participating in the Event, you consent to being filmed, recorded, and photographed without limitation, allowing MirExpo to capture your image (“Content”). You acknowledge and agree that:

   • (a) MirExpo is the sole and exclusive owner of all rights related to the Content,

   • (b) You waive any rights you may have over the Content and any claims arising from the use or exploitation of the Content, You grant MirExpo the unrestricted right to use the Content, for promotional and other purposes, worldwide, without any payment or compensation.

10. The personal information you provide to MirExpo will be stored in our database and, if we have the appropriate authorization or legal basis (including but not limited to explicit/implicit consent or legitimate interests), may be shared with other entities within the MirExpo organization and selected third parties internationally for promotional and other purposes. Your personal data may also be shared with government bodies and regulatory authorities as required by law. At some Events, participants and sponsors may use lead capture applications or barcode scanners. If you choose to allow your badge (physical or digital) to be scanned by third parties at the Event, we may transfer your personal information to those third parties. Additionally, certain areas of the Event may be sponsored or managed by third parties, and your participation in such areas may result in your personal data being provided to those sponsors or organizers. MirExpo is not responsible for the use of your personal data by any third party, and we disclaim any liability to the extent permitted by applicable laws. For more information on how we may use the personal data you provide, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

    • (a) You agree to be responsible for any technical requirements necessary to access the Event website, app, or other platform (“Event Platform”) provided by MirExpo to facilitate your participation in the Event. We do not guarantee that the Event Platform will be continuously, securely, error-free, or uninterrupted, and we do not accept responsibility for any temporary unavailability. We do not guarantee that the Event Platform or any content on it (including, but not limited to, downloadable content) will be free from viruses, infections, Trojans, worms, or any other code that has destructive or contaminating properties. You should not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Event Platform (for example, by attempting to breach security, tampering with or hacking any computer system, server, website, router, or any internet-connected device). You agree to comply with the website’s terms of use and/or fair or acceptable usage policies as specified on any website hosting the Event Platform.
    • (b) We do not endorse the content or use of any goods or services described or outlined on the Event Platform, nor do we accept any responsibility for them. Additionally, we are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from or alleged to arise from the use of, or reliance on, any content, goods, or services found on the Event Platform, or on any websites or other sources referenced here.
    • (c) MirExpo may provide you with a username and password. Usernames and passwords are confidential and remain the property of MirExpo at all times and cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party without our permission. Your username and password are for your exclusive use. You undertake not to allow others to use your username or password and acknowledge that you will be responsible for the actions of anyone using your username and password.
    • (d) Any submissions, messages, or other materials, information, or data (collectively, “Materials”) you provide or upload to the Event Platform will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we reserve the right to use, copy, distribute, and disclose such Materials for any purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any moral rights in relation to any Materials. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to edit or remove posts on any message boards on the Event Platform and to delete or use electronic methods to block or filter any Materials at our discretion, but we are not obligated to do so. You may not make defamatory, illegal, or infringing posts or violate any third party’s intellectual property rights. MirExpo will not be responsible for monitoring the legality of Materials.
    • (e) You may only use the Event Platform to access the Event. Without limitation: (i) You may not download, store, reproduce, transmit, display, copy, distribute, exploit, or use the Event Platform and/or any of its content for your commercial gain, (ii) You may not use the Event Platform and/or any content here in any way that violates the law or these terms and conditions, (iii) You may not infringe on our or any third party’s intellectual property rights in relation to your use of the Event Platform and/or any content here, (iv) You may not knowingly transmit, send, or upload any data containing any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional materials, or any other form of similar requests, and/or any virus, infection, Trojan, worm, and/or any other code with contagious or destructive properties.
    • (f) We have no obligation to monitor, supervise, or manage any interactive service provided on the Event Platform, and we expressly disclaim any responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of any interactive service by any user, whether or not such service is monitored or managed.
12. For Jewelry Events Only: To prevent and detect crime and to ensure the safety and security of Jewelry Events, passport/national ID card numbers and document scans may be collected from visitors attending Jewelry Events. This identification data will be stored in MirExpo’s database for a reasonable period after your visit to the Event. MirExpo does not use this identification data for any other purposes and will not share it with any third party unless required by law or a legal request from law enforcement authorities. MirExpo will not process your pre-registration for any Jewelry Event without this identification data.
13. You explicitly assume all risks associated with your participation in and/or presence at the Event, including those arising from or related to your attendance. MirExpo does not provide any guarantees regarding the Event in general, including but not limited to the following:
    
    • (a) the presence, absence, or location of any participant, sponsor, or exhibitor,
    • (b) the number of participants, sponsors, or exhibitors
    • (c) the benefit or result (whether commercial or otherwise) that you may obtain as a result of attending the event.
      

       

      All indemnities, warranties, representations, conditions, and terms (whether express or implied) not expressly stated herein and/or explicitly stated as part of the registration process for a specific Event are excluded. All entities within MirExpo (and their employees or other representatives) disclaim any liability for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss, injury, or damage arising in connection with or as a result of the Event (including, but not limited to, personal injury or illness, property damage, theft, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss or corruption of data, or any other form of economic loss, injury, or damage) or any other loss, injury, illness, or damage you may suffer for any reason. For the avoidance of doubt, MirExpo assumes no responsibility for any product displayed or sold by any participant or sponsor at the Event. The limitations and exclusions in this paragraph are valid only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. MirExpo’s rights and remedies are cumulative and are not exclusive of any rights and remedies provided by law and may only be waived in writing and expressly. Any delay or failure in the exercise of any right or remedy shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or remedy.
15. MirExpo reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time (without notice), and you will be subject to the terms and conditions in effect on the date the Event is held.
16. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and versions in other languages of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

You should carefully assess whether you are able to participate in any activity offered as part of the visitor program. MirExpo warns that some activities may be physically demanding and/or inherently dangerous. You understand that certain exercise-based activities may pose a risk to your physical health and safety if not performed correctly. If there is a visitor program for the event you are attending, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to decide whether participating in any activity offered as part of the visitor program is appropriate for your abilities, skills, fitness, and health. If you have any concerns about your ability, fitness, or health, you should consult a medical professional before participating in any activity (and follow their recommendations). If you do not feel well during any activity or believe continuing may not be safe for you, please stop immediately and seek appropriate advice. You also acknowledge that it is entirely your responsibility to comply with all health and safety requirements and instructions that may be provided to you concerning activities. If you are participating in any activity offered virtually from your home or office environment, you should ensure that your environment is safe, provides adequate space, and is free from dangerous or harmful objects and materials. MirExpo and all its affiliated organizations (including all their employees or representatives) accept no responsibility for any loss, injury, illness, or damage related to your participation in any activity (including but not limited to all activities offered as part of the visitor program, as well as any activities occurring outside or coincidentally with the main event). This includes direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive loss, injury, or damage, such as personal injury, property damage, theft, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, data loss or corruption, or any other form of economic loss, injury, or damage. The limitations and exclusions in this paragraph apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
